Rules Governing Your Account

1 Introduction

ft77 is an online betting and casino platform operated for players based in Bangladesh. The platform offers sports betting (including cricket), live dealer casino games, slot titles, and card games including Callbreak and Mines Gold. All services are offered in the English language and all financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

These Terms were last updated and made effective on 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In addition to these Terms, your use of ft77 is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are encouraged to read all three documents before registering an account.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the ft77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ft77 strictly prohibits use by anyone under the age of 21.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or have not been excluded from any gambling service for responsible gaming reasons.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ft77 or any of its affiliates, partners, or game providers.
• You are not acting in collusion with any other player or third party to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.

ft77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the ft77 platform. Opening more than one account (whether in your own name or using another person's identity) constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. Any inaccurate or misleading information provided at registration may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ft77 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify ft77 support immediately via the live chat or email at [email protected].

3.4 Account Ownership

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your ft77 account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

4 KYC Verification

ft77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. All players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. ft77 may also request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including prior to processing large deposits or in response to account activity that triggers a review.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation showing ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, or a copy of the bank card used.

ft77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account access until KYC verification is complete. Documents must be submitted in a clear, unaltered format. Submitting forged or edited documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.

5 Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ft77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at any time at ft77's sole discretion. Players are advised to check the current list of accepted methods in the account dashboard before initiating a transaction.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by ft77, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ft77 wallet within ten seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to fifteen minutes to be credited. ft77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking networks.

5.4 Deposit Restrictions

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the name on the payment account does not match the registered account name on ft77 — are strictly prohibited and will be returned less any transaction fees incurred. ft77 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds at any time.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen minutes. Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held pending until verification is complete. ft77 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding balance can be withdrawn.
• ft77 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending routine security checks or verification reviews.
• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts and payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

ft77 does not charge withdrawal fees on its side. However, third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) may apply their own transaction fees, which are the player's sole responsibility.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ft77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from bonus funds, after wagering requirements have been met, may be transferred to the main wallet and withdrawn.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• ft77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it suspects the bonus is being misused, abused, or claimed in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses and any associated winnings expire 30 days after the bonus is credited if wagering requirements have not been met within that period.
• ft77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on ft77 are subject to acceptance by ft77 at its sole discretion. ft77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time without providing a reason, including but not limited to instances where the bet is placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or where the bet exceeds ft77's liability limit for that market.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of placing a bet. These limits may vary by market, event, game type, and player account tier. ft77 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or pricing error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or a game result being incorrectly credited, ft77 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and refund the stake to the player's account. ft77 will not honour bets or game results that are the product of a system error, regardless of whether the player was aware of the error at the time.

8.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket and sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence. Results are determined by the official result declared by the governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent) of the relevant competition.

8.5 Live Casino Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The game rules applicable to each live game are those published by the game provider and displayed within the game interface. ft77 does not control the outcome of any live dealer game and accepts no liability for any technical issue originating from the provider's streaming infrastructure.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ft77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions, including through the use of multiple accounts, hedging bets, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing card information in live games or poker variants.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Money laundering: Using the ft77 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to layer, place, or integrate illicit funds through the betting or gaming process.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used to place bets or have been legitimately processed.
• Impersonation: Attempting to log in to another player's account, impersonating another person, or providing false identity documents during KYC.
• Market manipulation: Placing bets with knowledge of inside information or in coordination with participants in the event being bet upon.

10 Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by ft77

ft77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other users.

10.2 Effect of Closure

Where an account is closed by ft77 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account (including both deposited funds and bonus funds) may be forfeited at ft77's discretion depending on the severity and nature of the breach. Where an account is closed without finding of fault on the player's part, the verified main wallet balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

10.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals of verified main wallet balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Accounts closed voluntarily for responsible gaming reasons are subject to the self-exclusion terms under Section 11.

11 Responsible Gaming

ft77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge to all registered account holders via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ft77 account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts showing your net gaming activity during the current session.
• Temporary Time-Out: Take a cooling-off break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ft77 platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the ft77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ft77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ft77 brand name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ft77.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ft77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or intellectual property obtained from ft77.

Systematic retrieval of ft77 content, use of automated scraping tools, framing, or deep-linking to any portion of the ft77 platform without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ft77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ft77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data, business opportunities, or goodwill;
• Technical interruptions, system failures, or service outages beyond ft77's reasonable control;
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers or live casino studios;
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Where ft77's liability cannot be excluded by law, ft77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ft77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy

ft77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the ft77 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ft77 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment providers (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) is limited strictly to what is required to process your transactions. Data shared with third-party game providers is limited to what is technically necessary to deliver the gaming experience.

15 Amendments

ft77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ft77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the ft77 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. ft77 will not be liable for any failure on your part to read updated Terms that have been published on this page.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ft77 operates as a safe and reliable platform and applies internationally recognised standards for player protection, data security, and fair play.

Any dispute between you and ft77 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ft77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information, or to prevent or stop any activity that constitutes a breach of these Terms.
